This is a big release that allows you to boot and run your system from NVMe on the Raspberry Pi 5 when setting up a new node with v1.12.0 or migrating to larger data storage. Existing setups will still run from an SD card on both Raspberry Pi 4 and 5. Starting with this release, an SD card of at least 64 GB is recommended.
See list of CHANGES here: https://github.com/raspiblitz/raspiblitz/blob/v1.12/CHANGES.md#whats-new-in-version-1120-of-raspiblitz
A 2TB SSD/NVMe is now also recommended. If you want to upgrade to larger storage, follow the migration guide here: https://docs.raspiblitz.org/docs/community/storage_migration
⚠️ Important: Updating to v1.12.0 will change the data layout on your SSD/NVMe. This means you will NOT be able to downgrade afterward.
